You know you should be showing up more, but content is the first thing to disappear the second client work gets busy; when you do post, it feels like you’re talking to approximately three people and your mom; and you’ve saved the hooks, downloaded the content calendars, and promised yourself that this week you’re finally going to get consistent.
And yet… here we fucking are.
Because another posting schedule isn’t going to fix a strategy you can’t sustain.
Meanwhile, your future clients, collaborators, and opportunities are scrolling right past a business they’d probably LOVE if they actually got to know you.
Reels are in. Carousels are back. Now we have multiple captions??? And apparently we’re yapping?! You don’t need more Instagram tips, you need to know what actually works and what works for you.
You’re posting something on Instagram, but it’s not turning into enough DMs, inquiries, or “okay wait, how can I work with you?” conversations. You know your people are out there. It would just be nice if they occasionally introduced themselves.
You have every intention of posting this week… and then a client needs something, your kid crawls into your bed every night at 2am again, your inbox catches fire, and suddenly it’s Friday and your last Instagram post is old enough to qualify for the Shopper’s Drug Mart seniors discount.
Your clients are getting the funny, smart, ridiculously good-at-her-job version of you. Instagram? She’s getting whatever you can scrape together at the end of the day which means the people who could become clients barely get to see why your current ones love you.
You have opinions. Stories. Expertise. Things you could talk about for HOURS with a client or friend. But the second you need to turn one of those thoughts into a post? Instant creative block.
In real life, you’re funny, warm, opinionated, and really fucking good at what you do. Online? Somehow everything comes out a little more polished, professional, and beige than the person your clients actually know.
Your personality. Your strengths. Your capacity. The way ideas naturally come to you. Because the “perfect” strategy is pretty useless if you fucking hate doing it.
You probably already know you should post consistently. But knowing that doesn’t help when you’re overthinking the spicy opinion, avoiding the camera, or checking your analytics and immediately questioning your entire existence. We work with what’s actually getting in the way of using the strategy, too.
Algorithms change. Formats change. Apparently now we’re yapping?!. Instead of chasing every new rule, you’ll understand the strategy underneath good content so you can decide what makes sense for your business.
We’re not sanding off all the interesting bits so you can sound like every other “professional” on Instagram. The funny, opinionated, slightly weird version of you your clients already love? We want her on the internet.
Content Therapy is live and capped at 8 people because you need more than information. You need to try shit, ask questions, get feedback, adjust, and figure out what works while you have support around you.
This isn’t about becoming better at following someone else’s content strategy.
It’s about building one you know how to run yourself.

Figure out what you actually want to be known for, then turn it into your content playbook with your positioning, promise, messaging, and pillars so everything you create has a clear point of view.
Figure out how you naturally create content and how much capacity you actually have for it, then build a rhythm you can keep up with when client work gets busy.
Build an idea-capture system that works for your brain, then learn how to take a random shower thought, voice note, or half-baked idea and turn it into finished content using Claude.
Learn how to turn your ideas into attract, nurture, and sell content using storytelling structures and repeatable AI prompts, without making everything you write sound like ChatGPT.
Learn how to get your content in front of more people through Stories, outbound engagement, and relationship-based marketing, then connect Instagram to the rest of your lead ecosystem.
Four weeks to post, test, get feedback, adjust, and do it again, with weekly coaching to help you build momentum while you actually use everything you’ve created.

Your positioning, promise, messaging, and content pillars aka what you’re saying, who you’re saying it to, and what you want to be known for.
Your repeatable tools for turning an idea into content including the Attract/Nurture/Sell framework, storytelling structures + AI prompts you can use again and again.
Practical tools to reach for when you’re overthinking the post, avoiding the camera, spiralling over your analytics, or suddenly very concerned about what Becky from high school might think.
Every training + coaching call recorded and yours for life so when Future You needs a refresher, you don’t have to rely on whatever you scribbled in your notebook six months ago.
A set-up-and-ready-to-use system for capturing, organizing, and developing your ideas built in the tools that actually work for you, whether that’s Notion, Claude, voice notes, or a combination.
A ready-to-use content calendar built around your content archetype, real capacity, and content rhythm, set up in the platform that works for you, whether that’s Notion, Google, or something else entirely.
Honestly? You’re kind of who I built this for. We’ll create a content strategy around the capacity you actually have, because if your strategy only works when business is quiet and nobody needs anything from you, it doesn’t fucking work.
Content Therapy isn’t another portal full of information. It’s live, capped at 8 people, and built around your personality, capacity, and way of creating — with coaching while you actually put the strategy into practice.
Hi, welcome. You do not need to become confident or consistent before you join. We’ll work on the strategy and what happens when it’s time to actually use it, so discomfort doesn’t keep making your marketing decisions for you.
Life is going to life. Every call is recorded and you’ll have lifetime access to the replay library.
That said, this is intentionally a live experience, so you’ll get the most out of it by showing up whenever you can.
Nope. Content Therapy is a content strategy + coaching program, not therapy or trauma treatment, and I’m not a therapist. I’m a somatic practitioner with trauma-informed training, so if visibility brings up deeper shit (fear of judgment, people-pleasing, freezing, feeling like you’re “too much”), I know how to hold that safely and work within my scope while helping you move forward.
I can’t promise a specific number of DMs, leads, or sales and I’d side-eye anyone who did. What I can do is teach you how to create stronger content, build visibility and relationships, and use Instagram strategically so you’re no longer just posting and hoping something happens.
