You want someone who understands that your content is an extension of YOU and treats it that way.
Someone who learns your voice from real conversation, not a questionnaire. Who goes slow before going fast. Who doesn't see your "too much" as a problem to contain but as the whole point.
That's what I built this for.
Being polished. Professional. Soft-spoken. Easy to like.
I spent so much energy editing myself, carefully choosing my words, avoiding rocking the boat, and trying to be what I thought people expected from a "professional."
Looking back, I wasn't just editing my brand. I was editing myself.
I thought I was going to become a physiotherapist or occupational therapist. Meanwhile... every extracurricular somehow pulled me toward marketing.
I worked on the social team for Enactus, became VP of Communications (and later President) for my college, and landed a Marketing Manager role before I even graduated.
Turns out...the signs were there all along. 😂
I worked in-house. Agency-side. At a startup. In real estate. For local businesses.
While slowly building my freelance business on the side.
At the time, I thought I was just trying to figure out where I fit. Every role taught me something different about marketing.
But more importantly...it taught me about people.
I thought if I just worked harder, said yes more often, and pushed a little further that everything would fall into place.
Until one day, I called my boyfriend crying because I realized I couldn't feel anything anymore. Not excitement. Not joy. Not sadness. Just... numb.
That moment changed the course of my life. Because for the first time, I couldn't hustle my way out of what I was feeling.
It taught me how disconnected I'd become from my own body, my intuition, and my voice.
Today, I'm training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner because I believe understanding ourselves makes us better leaders, better creators, and better humans.
That lens quietly shapes every client experience even if we're "just" talking about Instagram.
Silly Goose Socials isn't just a new name. It's the most honest version of my business.
Because the best thing I ever did for my business was become more myself.
Now, that's exactly what I help my clients do.
Not by turning them into someone new. But by helping them stop editing the person they already are.
What the duck are you waiting for?
